Terms

A launch-stage terms shell focused on pricing, scope, and commercial boundaries.

This page explains how public pricing, quotations, provider costs, and maintenance boundaries are intended to work before the final legal text is approved.

Review status
These pages are launch-ready shells for final legal review. They describe the intended operating position and technical controls, but they are not a substitute for client-specific legal advice or signed agreements.
Commercial intent

Public pricing on the website is indicative only and exists to help a potential client understand the planning baseline before requesting a written quotation.

No public page creates an automatic binding offer, fixed project scope, or guaranteed delivery term.

Quotations and scope

Every project moves into a written quotation or agreement that states deliverables, exclusions, assumptions, revision limits, acceptance criteria, and commercial milestones.

Quote validity defaults to 14 calendar days unless stated otherwise
A 30% deposit is required before scheduled work begins
Remaining payments follow agreed milestones, with the full balance due by handover
Additional integrations or out-of-scope changes require a separate scope and quotation
Provider and third-party costs

Hosting, SaaS, domain, email, payment, advertising, licence, and other provider costs are itemised separately unless a quotation states otherwise.

Where CTP manages infrastructure usage on behalf of a client, usage-based costs are billed at provider cost plus the disclosed management margin.

Support and maintenance boundaries

Acknowledgement targets in maintenance plans are not guaranteed resolution times and do not imply unlimited support.

Unused included time does not roll over unless a signed plan states otherwise.
