How information is used

CTP uses submitted information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, manage consultation requests, support delivery, and maintain audit-aware operational records.

Marketing consent, where introduced later, remains separate and is never preselected by default.

Technical controls

CTP implements technical controls such as authenticated access where required, server-side validation, controlled storage, and operational logging with sensitive values redacted where practical.
